Room Rates

East Room/Center Room:  $500 will hold up to 200 people

Damage deposit:  $250

Bartender:  $100

Over 100 guests requires an additional bartender at $65.

Tables, chairs and buffet tables as required with white linen at a cost of $3 each.

Alcoholic Beverages Option 1

Premium liquors, domestic beer, two wines

$18 per person

Alcoholic Beverages Option 2

Domestic beer and two wines

$15 per person

Please Note:

The $250 damage deposit is required to hold the rental date, and will not be refunded if the reservation is cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to the function. 

NOYC allows outside catering at no charge.  The kitchen is available to the outside caterers but must be left clean.

Decorations shall not deface or destroy the integrity of the building as found.

Sorry, no college fraternities/sororities.
